Beef Quarter pounders for your party?
Try out this fantastic slimming world recipe. I’ve always enjoyed cooking but it always feels better when you know its healthy and your not going to regret eating it.
All you need is:
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 red chilli, deseeded, and finely chopped
